CARMIX 5.5 XL
SELF-LOADING CONCRETE MIXER 4×4
Self-loading concrete mixer 4×4 with a 7.600-litre drum (1.671 gal UK – 2.007 gal US), 600-litre shovel (131 gal UK – 158 gal US), equipped with hydraulic opening gate and an operating speed from 0 to 10 km/h (0 – 6,21 mph) and road transfer speed from 0 to 30 km/h (0 – 18,64 mph), with electric servo-control. Steel chassis especially engineered and designed for off-road operations. Carmix 5.5 XL is equipped with checking and block valves which guarantee maximum safety of the operator.
MIXING UNIT
Concrete mixer: drum capacity 7.600 liters (1.671 gal UK – 2.007 gal US). Concrete drum output: 5,5 m3/IN. EN 206-1 IN SLUMP S1 Class, yield not vibrate. Double mixing screws, cover for emergency unloading. Drum rotation by hydraulic motor and planetary reducers. Mixing and discharging speed indipendent from r.p.m. of diesel engine. Discharging by reversing drum.
ENGINE
Cummins Turbo-Diesel B5.9 TAA, watercooled, 6 cylinders. Maximum power 112 kW. (150 HP). Engine mounted transversal on the rear. U.E. + U.S.A: Perkins 1106D – E66TA Turbo-Diesel, water-cooled, 6 cylinders. Maximum power 117 kW. (157 HP). Engine mounted transversal on the rear.
TRANSMISSION
Hydrostatic Bosch Rexroth. Pump and motor are connected to the differentials through a 2 speed reducer (working and transfer). 4 wheel drive and steering.
AXLES
Dana Spicer with oil bath disc brakes and planetary reducers.
SPEED
Working speed from 0 to 10 km/h (0 – 6,21 mph), road transfer from 0 to 30 km/h (0 – 18,64 mph).
CABIN
Front cab on side of loading shovel. ROPS-FOPS type complete with double closing door. Clima, air conditioning heater available upon request.
JOYMIX
All hydraulic functions of shovel controlled by a single – fully servo controlled Joystick.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
The hydraulic concrete mixer system is composed by three circuits. 2 variable outlet pumps for hydrostatic transmission and drum rotation. 2 gear pumps for services. Inlet and outlet filter. Heat exchanger water/oil-air type.
